I have a “bleeding heart”. It seems to run in my family. I am constantly calling my mom a “bleeding heart” because it doesn’t take her more than two minutes talking to a stranger for her to discover that the person is struggling somehow. Immediately, she begins offering emotional support. She becomes overly sympathetic, and it used to drive me crazy growing up. I didn’t get it – Why did she care so much? It had nothing to do with her or her life. Couldn’t she just put it aside so we could continue on with what we were doing?
No words necessary.
That’s Mesut’s pass and Benz’s goal. Ok, admittedly I may have squealed a bit when I first saw it. But my hubby was the one that gushed, “Outside of the foot… perfect placement… Oh My God.” That’s why he’s allowed me my “free card”. Because he loves him too. 🙂
Just a couple of pics of the celebration after the jump.
It would be remiss of me to not dedicate my first “special footballer” post to Mesut Ozil, my most favorite of all players out there in the world of football. I’m just a little hesitant to start such an endeavor, knowing I may not be able to stop writing, or uploading images. My library of pics and gifs has grown so large, it’s going to be difficult to choose just a few. However, I’m sure I’ll have good reason to post about him often, so I’ll just spread them out. But first, let’s start with what I believe he deserves to be known for above all else… his incredible skills and talent as a footballer.
